TXP RC4

Wow, I’m a little slow on the uptake. As of July 24th, 2005, Textpattern is up to RC4! These are the only decent changes that I think are worthy enough to consider another RC:
- Comment presentation overhauled
- Added
<txp:else />for better control with conditionals
I’m a little disappointed that they still have not included the wonderful sgb_url_handler technology for handling all of the different url configurations. I hope that they include this before the official 1.0 launch.
